This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you interact with EPPDX-controlled websites, games, applications, music, publishing projects, licensing activities, customer support, and other creative products or services.
Some EPPDX products are distributed through third-party platforms. Those platforms may collect and process information under their own privacy policies.

This policy applies to products, services, and websites operated or controlled by EPPDX Creative LLC.
EPPDX creates and distributes entertainment and creative work that may include:

Passwords and authentication credentials may be managed by a third-party authentication provider. EPPDX does not include passwords in product analytics.

IP-derived approximate location

EPPDX does not request precise device location through GRIDZ.
PRODUCT USAGE AND ANALYTICS
We may collect information about how EPPDX products and services are used.

Aggregated audience or platform statistics
Download, streaming, sales, royalty, or engagement reports provided by distribution platforms

Information supplied by music, publishing, application, or other distribution platforms may be aggregated or limited. Those platforms control their own direct collection from users.

PLATFORM AND DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION
EPPDX products may be distributed through third-party services such as application stores, music services, publishing platforms, retailers, social platforms, or licensing partners.
Those platforms may provide EPPDX with information such as:

Downloads or installations
Streaming or engagement totals
Sales and royalty reports
Country or regional summaries

Information collected directly by a third-party platform is governed by that platform’s privacy policy.
PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION
The current version of GRIDZ does not process wagers, player money, subscriptions, in-app purchases, payment cards, or other payment information.
Other EPPDX products may be sold or licensed through third-party platforms. Those platforms generally process payment information directly under their own policies.
EPPDX may receive transaction records, royalty statements, purchase confirmations, or payment amounts without receiving complete payment-card information.
GRIDZ-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
GRIDZ is an EPPDX game that uses account, league, gameplay, advertising, and operational information to provide its services.
GRIDZ ACCOUNT AND PROFILE INFORMATION
When you create a GRIDZ account, GRIDZ collects information such as:
Email address
Supabase authentication user identifier
Display name and profile information
Optional color and presentation preferences
Authentication and session information
Help or tutorial progress
Supabase provides authentication and account infrastructure for GRIDZ.
Passwords are managed through Supabase authentication and are not included in GRIDZ product analytics.
GRIDZ GAMEPLAY AND LEAGUE INFORMATION
GRIDZ stores information necessary to operate leagues and preserve authoritative gameplay history, including:
League names, codes, settings, membership, and commissioner roles
Invitations and join activity
Square ownership and Board configuration
Games, teams, schedules, scores, digits, and standings
Points, awards, scoring events, and milestone results
Pigskins, Hot Seat, Bad Numbers, attendance, and other gameplay features
Season, product, and game configuration information
Gameplay and policy-version history
Some GRIDZ information is shared with other participants in the same league. This may include display names, square ownership, points, awards, standings, and gameplay results.
GRIDZ PRODUCT ANALYTICS
GRIDZ may collect limited product-interaction and operational information, including:
Event name
Sanitized event details
Account identifier when available
League or game identifier when applicable
Random session identifier
Client and server timestamps
GRIDZ uses this information for product operation, diagnostics, security, and improvement. GRIDZ does not use its internal product analytics for independent advertising or cross-company tracking.
GRIDZ analytics are designed not to include:
Passwords
Authentication tokens
Raw email content
Raw support messages
Advertising identifiers
UMP consent strings
Raw third-party SDK payloads
GRIDZ ADVERTISING, DEVICE, AND CONSENT INFORMATION
GRIDZ uses Google Mobile Ads to display an anchored adaptive banner advertisement.
GRIDZ also uses Google User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices.
Google may process information associated with advertising and consent, including:
Device identifiers
Advertising data and interactions
Device characteristics
Internet Protocol address
IP-derived approximate location
Consent and privacy-choice status
Usage and diagnostic information
Information used for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, security, and fraud prevention
Depending on your location, privacy choices, and Google’s configuration, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
GRIDZ does not request precise device location.
GRIDZ does not currently display an Apple App Tracking Transparency permission request and does not directly request access to Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”).
The absence of an ATT request does not mean that Google processes no device, advertising, usage, or diagnostic information.

GRIDZ SPORTS-DATA PROVIDERS
GRIDZ receives schedules, scores, rankings, team information, and other sports data from third-party data providers.
GRIDZ does not send those providers your GRIDZ account or profile information as part of normal sports-data ingestion.

We do not use GRIDZ account information or EPPDX product analytics for independent data brokerage.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
EPPDX uses third-party providers to operate, distribute, support, and improve its products and services.
SUPABASE
Supabase provides authentication, database hosting, application infrastructure, and server-side functions for GRIDZ.
Supabase processes account, profile, session, league, and gameplay information necessary to operate GRIDZ.
Google provides Mobile Ads and UMP services for GRIDZ.
Google may process advertising, device, consent, usage, approximate-location, and diagnostic information as described in this policy and Google’s policies.
APPLE
Apple provides the App Store and the iOS platform used to distribute and operate GRIDZ.
Information processed directly by Apple is governed by Apple’s privacy policies and your Apple settings.
WEBSITE PROVIDERS
Our website providers may process information necessary to host the website, operate forms, prevent abuse, maintain security, and deliver messages to us.
DISTRIBUTION AND CREATIVE PLATFORMS
EPPDX may use third-party platforms to distribute games, music, written works, and other creative products.
These platforms control their own user accounts, payment systems, recommendations, analytics, and direct data collection.
SPORTS-DATA PROVIDERS
Sports-data providers supply schedules, scores, rankings, and event information used by GRIDZ.
They do not receive GRIDZ user account or profile information through normal sports-data ingestion.
Other providers may be added as EPPDX products and operations evolve. We will update this policy when changes materially affect our privacy practices.
ADVERTISING AND PRIVACY CHOICES
Depending on your location, GRIDZ may display a consent or privacy-choice message before requesting advertising.

Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and the product or service involved.
GRIDZ ACCOUNT DELETION AND RETENTION
You can request deletion directly within GRIDZ:
GRIDZ → About & Legal → Delete Account
GRIDZ requires your password and an explicit confirmation before deleting the account.
After deletion:
Your Supabase authentication account is deleted
Your GRIDZ session is terminated
Remembered-account and owner-specific local information are cleared
Profile information associated with your player identity is deleted or anonymized
You will no longer be able to sign in to the deleted account
Completed GRIDZ gameplay records may remain under an anonymized identity to preserve shared league history, scoring, standings, and authoritative results.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Request access to personal information
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of personal information
Withdraw consent

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
EPPDX products are not directed to children under 13 unless expressly stated otherwise and appropriate authorization is obtained where required by law.
GRIDZ is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without authorization required by applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
EPPDX and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
EPPDX websites and products may link to third-party websites, stores, streaming services, social platforms, or other services.
